Lucy Gonzalez, Principal
A designer and art director for Newsom Design for 18 years before forming Newsom Gonzalez with Carol Newsom in 2018, Ms. Gonzalez’ graphic experience spans a range of project types and includes campus student housing, public parks, libraries and mixed use residential/retail complexes. Lucy is a native of Cuba but was raised and resides in Los Angeles. Educated at the architectural school at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, she is a graduate of Art Center College of Design (BFA Photography). Lucy was LA chapter Co-Chair for the Society of Environmental Graphic Design, and has taught at UCLA extension.
